The
technically advanced GE Druck DPI 610 Pressure Calibrators are the
culmination of many years of field experience. This self-contained,
battery powered package contain a pressure
generator, fine pressure control, device energising (not IS version)
and output measurement capabilities, as well as facilities for 4 to 20
mA loop testing and data storage. The rugged weatherproof design
is styled such that the pressure pump can be operated and test leads
connected without compromising the visibility of the large dual
parameter display. The mA step and ramp outputs and a built-in
continuity tester extend the capabilities to include the commissioning
and maintenance of control loops.
A highly accurate and easy to
use calibrator is only part of the solution for improving overall data
quality and working efficiency. The DPI 610, with data storage and RS
232 interface, reduce calibration times and eliminate data recording
errors.

The Druck DPI 610PC Pressure Calibrator is a pneumatic calibrator with ranges of -22 "Hg to 300 PSI with an internal pump that generates both pressure and vacuum.
Advanced Functions Built-in test routines help you perform leak tests on pressurized systems, or test the performance of pressure switches. You can also perform both manual and automatic loop tests with programmed stepped or ramped mA. Built-in process functions let you store and recall min and max readings, and convert pressure measurements to flow rates or % of span.
Stores Procedures and Results The 10,000-point memory lets you store calibration procedures and results, leak-test parameters, intermittent fault events, and more. Stored data can be viewed on the screen or exported to a PC.
